Billings Pro crashes when you select a Client

Why is this problem occurring

A slip for that particular Client appears to be missing some detail that is required by Billings Pro to load the Client correctly.

Solution

  • Launch the Billings Pro application.
  • Click on All Slips.
  • In this view, you'll see a dropdown.
  • Click the dropdown and click All Slips.
  • You should get a prompt that Billings Pro fixed your slips.
  • Try going to the Client again.
