How to locate and send your Billings Pro logs (in app)

 

Follow along with the steps below to locate and send your Billings Pro logs from inside the Billings Pro application. We've also included a video demonstration on how to accomplish this:

 

  1. Launch the Billings Pro application
  2. Along the menubar, choose Help and select Email Log Files...
  3. This will launch your Apple Mail application with the Billings Pro logs automatically attached
  4. You can send the logs and a quick summary of the issue to support@marketcircle.com for our Technical Support Team to review
  5. If you already have a ticket opened with our Technical Support Team, then what you can do is drag and drop the Billings Pro logs from the email message, to your Desktop.
  6. Then locate the ticket that you have opened and reply to it with the logs attached for review
