What is a worker?

A worker is a user registered in Billings Pro. A worker can either be active or inactive.

Active workers can log-in to Billings Pro on the Mac or on iOS to create slips and track time. Active Workers can also have slips assigned to them through the worker drop down on a slip or in the project workers tab. An active worker requires an active subscription.

An Inactive worker is used for someone who has left the company, or a worker that you are not currently using. Inactive users do not require a license or subscription. Inactive user data does show on reports for tracking.

Users can be activated or deactivated from your online control panel page (https://yourcompanyidhere.marketcircle.com/), make sure to put your company ID in the URL where it says yourcompanyidhere.
