How do I migrate from Billings to Billings Pro Cloud?
Migrations from Billings 3 to Billings Pro are performed by our Customer Service team for a one-time fee of $75 USD.
How to Request a Migration
To get started, contact our Support team and include the following information in your request.
Billing Information
We use this to issue your invoice for the migration fee:
- Payee's first and last name
- Company name
- Billing address
- Email address to send the invoice to
- VAT number (if applicable)
New Account Information
We use this to set up your Billings Pro account:
- Email address to be used for the new account
- Company ID to be used for the new account
- Full name of the account holder
- Country of residence
What Happens Next
Once we receive your information, our team will send you an invoice for the migration fee. After payment is received, we'll schedule and perform your migration, then follow up with your new Billings Pro account details.
